The holder and stem are made from a single piece of stainless steel using a special manufacturing process. The holders are assembled with balls of different materials using itp’s innovative joining technology, ensuring maximum concentricity of the ball to the stylus axis. This ensures the best possible calibration values and measurement results.

Our styli are fitted with a full sphere made from the highest quality ruby, for example. This acts as the probing element, maximising accuracy and reliability.

Although these styli were originally designed for TESA measuring systems, they can be used universally.
