    Is there a minimum order value in the itp online shop?

    No, every order is processed regardless of the value.


    Can I change my address/data after registration?

    Change it this way: "My account" - > "Overview" - > "Change profile" or "Change addresses" to change your data.


    Where can I find itp's contact details?

    You can contact us in various ways.

    Can I enter additional data or comments in the order process?

    Yes, please use the "additional information" field in the order process.


    Why are my shipping costs not (correctly) indicated?

    The shipping costs in the order process are a preliminary calculation that will be adjusted during the
    further processing of your order. (see order confirmation or offer) . .


    How and where can I see my discount? 

    Discounted prices are only visible to registered and logged-in customers. Please ensure that you are logged in
    with the same email address that you used to register (or receive the discount). If applicable, enter your
    itp customer number during registration, if available. Once you are logged in, your individual prices will be
    automatically displayed in the webshop.
    *Please note that if you are a new registrant, it may take up to half an hour before you can view your discounted prices. 


    Does itp offer volume-related prices?

    No, itp does not offer this.


    Which manufacturers are itp styli/products compatible with?

    Our styli are compatible with all manufacturers of coordinate and gear measuring devices, such as ZEISS,
    Renishaw, Mitutoyo, Heidenhain, BLUM and many more. You will find the right product for your machine here.


    Can I change my orders that have been sent?

    No, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been sent.
    Therefore, please check your order carefully before sending it.


    What payment methods does itp offer?

    Currently we only offer purchase on invoice.


    I can't find the product I'm looking for?

    Use the internal search in the webshop. Here you can search for article numbers.
    Or use the filter function in the product categories.


    How can I request special dimensions?

    Please use our configurator for requests regarding styli and accessories.
    For a configuration, please send us all relevant information to the email address itp@taster.de.
    Together we will find a solution.


    Can I send sketches or drawings?

    If you would like to send sketches or drawings in addition to the special request form.
    Please send them to itp@taster.de This will enable us to process your order more quickly.

    What is a quota?

    A quota is like a prepaid budget you set up for your purchases.
    Instead of paying for every order one by one, you decide in advance the total amount you want to spend with the company.
    itp will send you a single invoice for this amount, and you can use this "prepaid" balance to place as many orders as you like,
    either through the web shop or by email, until the quota is used up.
    This means you won't need to deal with a new invoice each time you buy something.
    It makes ordering products easier and saves you time since all your purchases are grouped together under this one quota.
