Our highlights.
UltraScanning.
Hard-wearing, diamond-coated styli for extreme measurement applications. UltraScanning diamond styli are equipped with 10 µm-thick diamond-coated balls. Ball diameters range from Ø1 mm to Ø8 mm, and all thread options are available to ensure maximum flexibility of use.
Diamond styli are particularly suitable for scanning abrasive materials. The diamond coating protects the ball from wear and material pick-up, thereby maintaining its roundness. This significantly improves service life and reduces machine downtime caused by stylus replacement.
Styli clusters.
Expand your measuring system with our styli configurations, which are primarily designed for rigid measuring systems such as the Renishaw SP80 and the ZEISS VAST MT. Easily measure features that are rotated or tilted relative to the base plane. With a pre-configured carrier, multiple probes can be set at different spatial angles, minimising the need for expensive components such as probe change plates.
